Minimal useful data

We collect the smallest useful set of preferences, contact details, attendance, and feedback needed to serve members better.

What we collect

Contact information, neighbourhood, whisky preferences, event interests, attendance, referrals, feedback, and consent records.

What we do not collect

We do not need sensitive personal categories for the v1 society and will avoid collecting them unless counsel approves a specific reason.

Aggregated/anonymised insight

Partner briefs should use aggregate patterns and anonymised signal rather than named personal records.

No named data sale

The member relationship is the core trust asset. It is not inventory. We do not sell named personal data.

Opt-out friendly

Members should be able to update preferences or leave research loops without friction.

Licensed partner guardrail

Alcohol sale and service should be handled through licensed venues and partners. Structure to be confirmed with counsel.
